Foot neuropathy: What gives you relief?

I, as well have back issues and take shots every 3 to 6 months for relieve from my pain management doctor. Every time I have gone into the prep room I hear someone who has had back sugery and is still having to go for numbing shots in the spine. Myself? I will NOT have back surgery. The risks are too great no matter how wonderful the surgeon.

I know, so what can you do but live in pain.
Do you think neck fusion is bad too bc I need my neck fused & a shoulder replacement.
My legs are the worse pain for me bc I have the needles & pins all the time. never goes away.
I don't have 1 day that passes that I am not in pain.
