@wsmd I wanted to say welcome to Connect. You had a pretty big surgery. My surgery was just one cervical level fused ACDF and 6 weeks is about when I started feeling better. I think it is still very early for you since your surgery was much more involved and posterior surgery hurts more than anterior because they are going through muscle. That would make the recovery longer too.

Hopefully some other members can share a similar experience. Every patient recovers at a different rate. I hope you start to feel better soon.
