Adding Oral Estrogen on Post menopause woman
I’m 66 years old with no breast cancer. Do any of you have experience adding a low dosage oral estrogen to maintain or encourage bone growth?

3.5 for the spine.
Can you confirm what is severe for the hips?
My older sister who is 74 has been on a low-dose estradiol patch since menopause and does not have osteoporosis.
I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in my spine two yrs into menopause. I was not on estrogen. Estrogen helps stop bone loss.
Also, Strontium Citrate is a supplement that has been shown to build bone density.
Much safer than prescription
bone meds.
Now, that’s great news!! Exactly! Much safer!
Thank you!
Check out the Coombs and MOTS clinical trials regarding the efficacy of Strontium Citrate plus micronutrients used together.
Yes I'm on bioidentical HRT low dose and I think its just one piece of the protocol to aid your bones- I think it stops bone loss at least, but for severe osteoporosis you must do much more such as strength training. Also, per the Coombs and Mots clinical trials strontium citrate with micronutrients is shown to positively affect BMD and Bone quality (trabecular bone).
-2.5 or over is severe osteoporosis. My spine is -3.1. I'm only 58 years old.
3.5 for the spin for severe osteoporosis
