What is considered serious osteoporosis? Anything 3.00 and over for this hips? What about the spine?

3.5 for the spine.

-2.5 or over is severe osteoporosis. My spine is -3.1. I'm only 58 years old.

I have also been on estrogen and progesterone for 9 months. The only side effect is that I have more soreness ( usually in mid back) and bloating. I’m wondering if it’s from the hormones or if my bones are getting worse. It’s so hard to tell. It’s not actually pain, just like muscle soreness. Do you have any side effects from HRT?
