Foot neuropathy: What gives you relief?

Your right.
The MRI does show pinched nerve & I saw a dr. & he said I need spacers in my back.
Do you know anything about that. I am 73 years old & hate to have surgery & long recovery, if it isn't going to help.

I am 77 and need the same surgery. I'm hesitant because back surgery is always a roll of the dice. So, I live with the numbness and pain as best I can.

Any back surgery is very dangerous. Try the shots to the area where the nerves are pinched and you should have relieve for at least 3-6 months. If you can afford it have them put you in Twilight Sleep. You won't feel a thing during the procedure.
