Hardware on the top of my foot needs to be removed

I am scheduled for surgery on 7/12/23 to have hardware removed top of my foot. Unfortunately the surgeons office just called and cancelled my procedure because they don't have a specific screw driver (Paragon) to remove the screws. I'm at a stand still. The pain is so bad I can't take it anymore. Any suggestions?
