Anyone find relief from arthritis pain. I live in the northeastern USA. The. Old weather here just makes it unbearable at times.

Hello all,
I am a heart transplant recipient, have had both hips replaced (consequence of immune-suppressant drugs which leech cartilage out of joints), and have started to develop pain in my hands particularly in the morning. I also have an occasional muscular pain in my right thigh. I am banned from any n-saids as they can damage my already at-risk kidneys (immune-suppressants, again). Any pain meds, prescription or others wise that you can suggest?

Many thanks and...
Best always,
s!

Hi,
I also have similar issues. You might look for a pool that has classes for arthritis. I find relief just being in a certified pool, the certification is for temperature. You can take a class or not. You do not have to do laps.just being in the water is relief.

I'm allergic to NSAIDs and Tylenol. I have 3 types of arthritis and I found a good CBD ointment applied directly to the fingers and then I put on elastic compression fingers sleeves. I also take magnesium and Curcumin phytosome for relaxing and inflammation. I did try THC gummies, but they make my mouth so dry and I don't like feeling high.

I use Diclofenac which is over the counter. Another thing that helps me is heat.

Thanks. My hand has gotten so stiff I can not use it for most of the day. Just started that two days ago. Hope it goes away.
