Hello @mac10. Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I am sorry you have been experiencing this and that it has gone on so long.

I found another discussion on this topic, so you will notice I have moved your post here:
- Internal vibrations, not sleeping well, stressed out: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/internal-vibrations-not-sleeping-well-stressed-out/

I did this to allow you to connect with members like @nightops @funcountess and continue your conversation with members who have already replied to you.

Have you been through any testing to try to pinpoint your symptoms?

Yes to your questions I have gone to endocrinologist, neurologist, optometrist, gynecologist, checking, hormones , checking blood, I have had MRIs I have had EKGs. I have been ruled out external tremors. I’ve been ruled out seizures. I have done holistic with five different doctors you name it I’ve done it. The vibrations are controlled by naltrexone to keep it from transversing and from happening during daytime hours. It is mostly at night it does it around 4 AM with insomnia I treat it with sleep medication clonazepam.
