Do you have an inspiring or favorite quote to share?
I'll start with three quotes from the very inspiring Helen Keller as noted in "Your Year of Healing" book by Amit Sood, MD:
"Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it."
"The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched -- they must be felt with the heart."
"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much."

I just came across one from my bronchiectasis & MAC group I thought was a good one:
Happiness is truly and "inside" job. (isn't that the truth!)
I always liked Janis Joplin! She wasn't the cutest thing but she sang very well! So did Mama Cass!

Make it a good one!
In "Monterey Pop" Mama Cass is watching Janis with a look of awe--it's on YouTube.
"Sit with animals and they will show you their hearts. Sit with them kindly and they will help you locate yours". -Author Unknown

My favourite quote is « Not all those who wander are lost » - everyone is different, sometimes people need space- whether or not that is the meaning behind the quote, I think it is a good reminder.
That kind of reminded me of “Not all that glitters is gold”
I read this many years ago but still come to memory when I feel I can't make it alone
" Everyone has to row with the oars that he has"
That tells me that, you’ve been given something, so make the best of it.
