Hello I was just diagnosed with osteoporosis and my ND put me on bioidentical HRT- a patch . I have heard you must keep on it for life or you will lose bone rapidly just like the first years after menopause. One of the best ways to build bone is through strength training. Look up the Liftmor trials and the BEST trials. Its encouraging! My ND also made sure I didn't have underlying problems and found that I had pancreatic enzyme deficiency ( due to a gastro surgery) So now I am on pancreatic enzymes.
