I feel ok; just a lot of energy, but I went through detox 30 years ago through a hospital; unfortunately my doctor gave me more Valium because I was bouncing off the walls and driving was difficult Concentrating was more difficult. I tapped off myself since I knew how to detox. Believe it the Valium stop working. I had no sense of feeling as you take the Valium and I knew the feeling well. Now I exercise every day, spiritually has help me take my mind and body back. I do eat good, one cup of coffee day and no other caffeine. I drink 8 ounces of bottle water up to 7 or 8 bottles a day. It helps to flush everything out of your system. Good for organs, skin, etc. Trust me if I could do it anyone can do it. Faith is a must.
