Looking for app to track diet

According to my wife, "My Fitness Pal" is a great app, but got too expensive when they started charging for features that were previously included for free.

She's now using an app called "Lose It" and says it's very robust, and the non-free features she subscribes to are cheaper than what My Fitness Pal was charging.

Hope this helps. You'll probably find a lot more answers to this question by posting in the Bariatric Surgery section of the Mayo forums.

Thank you much! I will try and also try the other bariatric site. Thanks again

That is so disappointing about myfitnesspal. I used to love that. I did not know they started charging. I also used to use one called Fitday that was pretty good and it was free, but I don't know any more

I use it for basically calorie counting but I think the more advanced features you need to have the premium app.
