Hello @lawilson, Welcome to Connect. @jenniferhunter, @njh, @grandmar and others may have some suggestions for pillows that might help after C6-C7 fusion surgery. While we wait for others to share what has helped them, I found an article with some recommendations that might be helpful.

I'm wondering if your doctor or care team might also have some recommendations. Have you discussed your neck pain and problems finding a pillow that will support your neck with them?

I had C5-C6 fusion and the went thru the quest to find the right pillow. Believe or not the My Pillow was the answer for me, I found it very shape-able to form the right support to position my neck in a neutral spinal alignment and fit the curve of my head. Because of lumber fusions I am mostly a side sleeper and turn side to multiple times a night. Hope this helps. george
