Hi @tim1028, While we wait for others with experience I thought I would share this reference that might help in the long run.

"Why do I leak urine during my workouts? Bladder leakage during your workout is due to a condition called Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI). SUI is incontinence that occurs when you have a weak pelvic floor or sphincter muscle, and increased pressure is placed on your bladder."

Have you discussed the issue with your doctor or care team to see if there may be some physical therapy or specific exercises like Kegel that might help?

Thanks for your quick reply, John. I had prostate cancer surgery years ago and incontinence at that time, which for all intents and purposes went away as I recovered from surgery. As I've aged the Stress Urinary Incontinence has increased. I will read the helpful links you've provided and also speak to my doctor about this at my Medicare Wellness visit next week.
