Hi @anet, There is another discussion started by @bumble81 who mentioned having postprandial hypotension here - Digestive issues, weird sensations: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/digestive-issues-weird-sensations/. @stefspad, @elizabej and @bonnieb81 have mentioned postprandial hypotension in other discussions and may have some thoughts or experience to share with you.

You didn't mention your husband has any abdominal pain after eating but I thought this article sounds similar to what you describe is happening after your husband eats a meal.
""Can low blood pressure cause abdominal pain? — If you feel abdominal pain and dizziness after eating, it may be because your blood pressure hasn't stabilized. This sudden drop in blood pressure after a meal is called postprandial hypotension. Normally, when you eat, blood flow increases to your stomach and small intestine." — What's Causing My Abdominal Pain and Dizziness? – Healthline: https://www.healthline.com/health/abdominal-pain-and-dizziness.

Hoping his cardiologist can find some answers at your husband's appointment this week. Are you able to provide an update after his appointment?

He does not have any pain. Just the drop in BP and sometimes gets a little wobbly. The cardiologist decreased his BP medication. He has cardiovascular disease and a slow heart rate. After eating his body directs blood to his digestive system. That causes the drop in blood pressure for a few hours. He has a low heart rate anyway and his heart has to try to speed up and try to get the BP back up. Doctor is doing more tests and says he may need a pacemaker.
