@njhornung my doc told me that treatment with Forteo and Tymlos depends on a quick bolus or burst of parathyroid action. I thought the patch study failed-? Maybe not. The adverse reactions are better than fractures, which are life long. The trouble is we all feel strong until it happens. Osteoporosis does not have symptoms.

If a burst is required, why did they even start development of a patch?

Another expensive round of tests was required and Radius opted to not fprmd yhay.
