Hello, I am new to this group and am thankful to find it. I have what was called mild lumbar spinal stenosis when I had an MRI about 4 years ago. My pain and weakness has increased though in the past 6 months to the point I can't enjoy doing anything anymore. I just want to sit in my chair where it doesn't hurt. My right leg is weak, I have leg and foot cramps often, lose my balance, cannot stand in one spot for more than 10 minutes, and tire easily just getting through the grocery store. I have had 3 epidurals that did provide relief for about 6 months each and I take Diclofenac 75 MG twice a day as an anti inflammatory. What else should I be trying? Does Physical Therapy help? Has anyone heard of the MILD procedure? I want to keep surgery as a last resort and this procedure sounds minimally invasive. Please share your thoughts. I want to start feeling better. Thank you.

I found relief from my lumbar stenosis using an inversion table. Some chiropractors use them.
