Foot neuropathy: What gives you relief?

I was diagnosed with PN in 2016. It took many, many years to find foot relief that was long lasting. I will list what I have found that helps, in case it will help someone else. I have to follow a particular regime. (This is after several years of trial and error.) Without boring you to death with all the details, here are a few "musts" that I follow everyday.
I wake up and rub my feet with THC ointment. Then, I always put on "Soothesocks" (elastic toeless), after the ointment and before I put on my "regular" socks. Then, I put on my "tennis shoes" (lots of different names for those babies now), but NEVER the same pair of sneakers 2 days in a row. I have six pair. There are times when I must change my shoes in the middle of the day. I go through the same morning routine at night. I rub my feet with the THC ointment except I DO NOT wear the elastic socks to bed. I must admit, I cannot take those elastic socks off UNTIL I am ready to go to bed or the pain come rushing back! That routine works for me right now! Best wishes!
