Hi,

I use HMS Nutrition (from Amazon) for a few reasons. One, it’s the natural version (that’s the R-ALA). Two it’s 300 mg. (twice a day). and finally it’s in capsule form. Very few with all 3. The 300 mg. x2 does not upset my stomach. However, cannot speak to higher dosage.

by the way, splitting the dose lowers the chance of side effects in general.
