Severe osteoarthritis in my hands. How can I relieve the pain and stiffness?

My Rheumy just put me on Voltaren Gel 1% and it's helping a lot. I have severe reactions to RA meds and my liver enzymes are already through the roof but the gel seems to not have the side effects that the meds do...I don't know if my levels are still high but I just started the gel about a week ago and it's already making a difference. Hopefully you can try it. Good Luck!

I have that cream I guess I have not been using regularly I will try to do it on a more regular basis. Thank you
