That doesn't seem scary to me. You have some bacteria that are gram negative - just a few and could be contamination (rare means hardly any) ; moderate gram positive bacteria - no WBC is good and 0 Epithelial cells is good (means that it was a deep mucus from your lungs and not from your mouth). The moderate gram positive bacteria (strep?) can be treated if necessary when identified. I am not a doctor and this is how I understood my own sample results.
