Has anyone been prescribed EB-N5?

I'm surprised that no one has posted to say they're familiar with EB-N5. That leaves me wondering if EB-N5 is a relatively new approach to helping with PN. I'll be taking the capsules at my neurologist's suggestion. The capsules are due to arrive Monday. I understand if I'm to give EB-N5 a fair shot, I'll need to take them for at least three months, but for an even fairer shot, six months. I'm not going to hope for a miracle. After all, those of us living with PN know how rare miracles are. Yet, what have I got to lose? I'll let any who are interested know how may experience with EB-N5 goes.

I started taking EBN5 a few weeks ago. I do not know if it is working yet but some of my other medications have changed so I don't know if I will be able to tell what medication might cause any improvement. I would certainly appreciate knowing how you are doing and if you experience any improvements. Thank you.

I would love for you to post periodically as you start this therapy. Please share. I myself have no experience with it personally.

I have. I was prescribed it for Neuropathy in my feet.
I take one tablet twice per day. It is "for the dietary management of the metabolic imbalance associated with peripheral neuropathy."

I'm not sure if it helps. I am also prescribed pregabalin for the pain associated with it.
These two drugs work, but the disease is not for the faint of heart.

I have been taking EB-N5 for a couple of years for peripheral neuropathy. If my lack of balance and mild, consistent discomfort are any indication, it has no effect. The only way to know for sure is to stop taking it and determine the impact. I also take Lyrica and stopped taking it as a test, but the mild pain became more severe, so I went back on it, and the pain was reduced. Since I am adverse to increasing my pain, I won't stop taking the EB-N5 without my GP's advice. My EB-N5 was prescribed by a podiatrist.
