Hi @galamairim1 and @success101 I merged your messages into one thread. It seems like you are both facing similar circumstances - bursitis and tendonitis. I thought you would like to connect.

@success101, you mention that you had "two shots". Are you referring to corticosteroid injections? It sounds like you have successfully avoided surgery by doing physical therapy and using good footwear. How far are you walking now? I look forward to the day you post a message saying that you walked 1.5 miles. I will throw confetti. 🙂

@galamairim1 How is your bursitis? Did you ever do physical therapy?

Yes the shots were cortisone.<br />
The pain can be unbearable,but,<br />
continue to work it out.t<br />
The exercises and ice then heat at times<br />
helps. I do take Tylenol .<br />
Thankyou,I will contact @gal.<br />
Have not gained.But,wish to be more<br />
active walking. Have to be careful<br />
have A Fib. and CHF.<br />
