Hi @success101, and welcome to Connect. I'm tagging a few other members who recently wrote about bursitis. @marikat, @galamairim1 and @djrcrrar - I'm hoping you all are willing to share your experience.

@success101, when did you start experiencing symptoms?

One year ago i got achilles tendonitis.foot was in a boot 3 months.it developed a bunyon.painful.
I was in flower garden,took a terrific fall.took it to my bottom versus head an shoulders.in fall of 2015 the most painful bursitis hit both hips.
Had two shots,to no avail.just finished physical
therapy.the exercises have helped but must do them every day. Bought Hoka shoes from running store.
Im finally better.Do not think i will ever do 3 miles again. My goal 1.5 miles. It has been hard for me.lots of ice and heat. But, cooking more. Not so good.
