I did not have these SEs. PT for Kegel edu before; and following. Walked 20 mins daily, in 5 min increments in the house until catheter removal. Continue walking. Listen to your Drs re lifting restrictions. Good luck.
For me, the less pressure down there the better. I had a RALP in November 2022 and used the most comfortable adult diaper I could find.
Best of luck. Getting the cancer out of your body feels awesome and after a couple of weeks, you will be feeling great.
