My advise from experience having had ACNES and been surgically cured of it is to go on YouTube and watch the videos on the CARNETT test and videos on ACNES. You need to become as knowledgeable as possible. It’s all there just google Carnett test and ACNES.

ACNES is my next go to for talking with my doctor since nothing else seems to work thank you for the advice I really do appreciate it!
