I did 2 clicks Tuesday
3 yesterday , I have no extreme side effects so far. do you think I should go to 4 today.

Yes it sounds like you could do 4 clicks today. If you have a headache, stay at 4 clicks for a few days unless the headache goes away quickly. If it is short-lived you could keep going up! This is not medical advice but based on my own experience, and approved by my doc.
