But I found an article about an ostomate that after his surgery he improves his scar tissue and nerve problems by doing Pilates (reformer) and became a certified instructor. I contacted him and he started giving me lessons via zoom which helped a lot with my recovery. He also answered a lot of my questions and concerns about the recovery. Also, I always learn about new products.
