@juneoake

I am recovering from a lower left lung lobectomy to rid me of early stage carcinoma. Pathology tests after surgery tells me I am totally cancer free! No chemo or radiation required, best news ever. However the surgery was not easy. Still trying to get rid of the nerve pain and pulling, hoping it doesn’t last too long!

I know what you mean. I had RUL removed in 2016. The surgery was easy, but recovery not so much. It will get better each week. Hang in and God bless you

Hi Juneoake - me too, am almost 6 weeks out from VAT surgery left lung wedge resection upper lobe. I have lots of nerve pain and am now taking Gabapentin for nerve pain. It is hard to estimate how much approval maybe 20%. My left arm pain is much better, but nerve pain especially in front is still there.
I was told it may take 6 months for it to go away.
