Welcome @kuro, I know it has to be frustrating not getting any answers from the doctors and specialists you've seen. You mentioned red ridges under your fingernails and I'm wondering if the symptoms are similar to what is described here:

Thanks John for your welcome! Im thinking of going to another major health facility for help n get a second opinion

Heres the pressure ridges of my nails. They run parallel to the white nails bit. Do you think they look similar to splinter hemorrhages or they could be a different variant?
