If you google nortriptyline there is a very long list of meds with which it can have a negative interaction. I wonder if this is happening to you. I don’t know what all you take but maybe it is a drug interaction problem.

Hi Celestialzone,

Thank you for the tip.

In the last day I am unable to sleep to to the burning from neck to toe and numbness despite pain tablets.

My pain management doctor is coming back on the 4 of July, US Independence Day.

In the meantime I have to manage somehow.

Today I went to my GP and got my Lumbar Spine MRI report.
I doesn't look good at all. So I am suffering neck and lumbar pain at the same time.
It is a disaster at the moment with the pain.
