I'm in pain the hips are BAD and the RA too

I'm in so much pain so 2 Sunday's ago I took some methotrexate a low dose and I'm wondering if the methotrexate has caused me problems with my hips getting worse but then I'm wondering at the same time if the Prednisone and the Tramadol is even helping or is it making it worse I don't know anymore I also have intestinal issues and I was told I have a obstruction in my bladder called UPJ Obstruction I'm working on getting it checked but ALL these things chronic pain is horrible I do the best I can to be happy but it's very hard at times when you just want to be FREE.. 😥

My right hip is giving out at times and I'm getting swelling and tightening in my hips it's definitely inflammation and at night trying to sleep is absolutely horrible both hips need to be replaced bone on bone due to the arthritis I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoporosis Fibromyalgia and Ankylosis Spondylitis with gallbladder issues and Ulcerative Colitis and bladder issue as well..

I know I haven't been eating well fasting here and there which usually fasting help us with inflammation I'm definitely not drinking enough fluids that's for SURE I did have a salad the last few days but with my stomach at times I do have to definitely be careful with raw vegetables funny how things are supposed to be good for you and yet they can bother you so much..

I've been eating salads more but then I'm also worried that I may have Addison's Disease or something to do with Hyperglycemia because I'm getting a lot of symptoms of that as well and the sweating at night it's horrible and the headaches are too and I suffer with an OCD as well when it comes to my HAIR unbelievable anyways that's been really BAD taking a toll on me hours and hours taken away from my LIFE as well I'm overwhelmed with feeling normal I may never feel normal I don't know anymore I'm also in menopause as well and I haven't gone through hot flashes in quite awhile and I'm wondering if the methotrexate kick those in and started those back up again I really believe there's something going on with my adrenal glands and my cortisol levels for SURE..

And my sleep situation isn't great I'm not able to sleep well and I'm miserable when I'm in bed and it's suppose to be a good place to let go my bed is 18 years old and I get a new one yet but I'm wondering if anybody knows of some good dence bed toppers that can help ease some of this pain I don't know what to do anymore 😔

Sleep loss could be why everything hurts more. When I went through the same thing it prompted me to keep looking for the root cause of my hip pain. One $55 xray and the orthopedic guy said I needed a hip replacement. He was spot on 100% correct, only thing, I was 43 years old at the time. It took a bit more pain for it to sink in, Total hip replacement would need to happen soon. I had it done, a month later and began the road to recovery. Back then they went in through the butt muscle with was very invasive and my butt was never the same. Now they go in through front and it's much less invasive and full recovery is much more likely to occur.

I’d defiantly get those hips replaced and the sooner the better. Sounds like you have a lot to deal with so fox what’s fixable and move towards a diet and medication to help your other issues. Menopause is a hard one but there is hormones available to help with that. Get in to see a dr and get a plan together to help you get to feeling better. Good luck and praying for you
