Being on chlorthalidone (diuretic) and farxiga (SGLT-2 also acts as diuretic) and having had bariatric surgery Sleeve, I could not drink enough 3Ltrs max to stay hydrated. Bun 56 creat 1.58 gfr 46 down from 76. Neph now has me on Finerenone. Thx for the reply. last week gfr 78. 😁
