Im 3 months after my 5 th hip revision on my left hip. This time was due to metallosis metal ball grinding. All was going good until third month. I have develop a pain and like a charlie horse feel in my thigh. I had worked up to 10,000 steps a day and bam im now using my walker again. But t5he strange thing is this doesn't happen 24/7 it comes and goes

This sounds like angry, healing nerves to me. Also, you have limped for a long time. Maybe you need some PT to check your gait and give you some specific exercises?

5 months post op and I still have thigh pain off and on. Still able to use treadmill doing 15 minutes at a time no more than 2 mph. I take acetaminophen and use a salonpas lidocaine large patch when it is particularly troublesome. Most days I can get away with just the acetaminophen. I am 75 years old.

Yep samething for me comes and goes but mine feels more like the bone is hurting
