It would be interesting to know why your doctor said not to take calcium. Because of calcification in your arteries maybe? And how did he know you’re Vit K was high? I didn’t think there was a reliable test for that. I’d like to know how he tested for that as I’m concerned about the amount I am taking.

There is a blood test for K1 but I don’t think there is one for K2. Because our bodies are supposed to be able to covert K1 to K2, my endocrinologist checks my K1 sort of as an indication of whether or not my K2 levels are ok.
