Bone Coach - How do you know it works?
I have seen several people here joined Bone Coach. How do you know your osteoperosis is better. The testimonials talk about general health improving which adherence to any healthy diet may have done the same.
There is no science shown. It's pricey but worth it if it works.

Steering clear of the Tuna entirely.Agree with you.
Am going to just do calcium in diet and see what Osteo NP says on Tuesday.
*Tums.
galactica, I've been thinking about Bone Coach also. Do you know what the cost is?
It would be interesting to know why your doctor said not to take calcium. Because of calcification in your arteries maybe? And how did he know you’re Vit K was high? I didn’t think there was a reliable test for that. I’d like to know how he tested for that as I’m concerned about the amount I am taking.
There is a blood test for K1 but I don’t think there is one for K2. Because our bodies are supposed to be able to covert K1 to K2, my endocrinologist checks my K1 sort of as an indication of whether or not my K2 levels are ok.
LOL. Makes you wish you could edit posts, doesn’t it. 🤭
Hi Barb. You are very dedicated and diligent in your dietary and exercise regimen. Good for you! I am still trying to figure some things out and have something else going on that's causing chronic pain--going on 4 years now. I've seen a bunch of docs and had every x-ray and MRI of my spine I can have. I'm going to see a different endocrinologist in a couple of weeks (has taken over 6 months to get in to see her), as I didn't feel very confident in the doctor I've initially seen. I didn't want to take Fosamax, as I need ongoing dental work. I'm glad to hear another person on here has had positive results with that. I have been doing the Forteo injections for about 5 months now and am aware that it makes me very tired, but it's hard to know for certain what other side effects it may be causing (brain fog, I'm pretty certain about too) because I'm in pretty much constant pain. But I didn't mean to go into all this. My question for you is how do you get enough calcium in a vegan diet? Thank you in advance for your reply.
Michelle
Oops, I replied quite far out from Barb's comment. I'll copy my message back on page 1. I'm new to this blog.
Sesame seeds and collards are high in calcium. Tofu also.
I found absolutely nothing!
