Yes it’s for cdiff and the cramps are Better and the diarrhea is better it’s now just loose and maybe 1-2 a day. But this going to the bathroom is now scary. It’s just problems after problems

This sounds like the urinating issue is getting worse. I think it’s a good idea to check in with your doctor.
A frequent urge to urinate is on the list of side effects to report immediately to your doctor according to the information provided on Vancomycin.
