I have had severe long covid symptoms for three years. Now CT and PET scan show multiple nodules and cysts in my lungs. They first said it was a rare cancer (Langerhans) and then said it is nothing, not to worry. I do worry. I also have COPD but never had symptoms until now. Shortness of breath and fatigue. Every time I have brought up the issue of long covid to any doctor I was totally shut down, and I was very sick (bedridden sick) for two years with GI symptoms. I don't know what to do.

I have an autoimmune which is similar to Lupus and descriptions of Long Covid. There is plenty of practical advice out there on sites that help one feel better. It is important to move daily and to follow up with specialists regarding symptoms. Have you been to a gastroenterologist? A non-processed diet, avoidance of sugar, whole wheat, dairy, potatoes, etc can help inflammation. I also like the advice on GERD triggers on webmd. A diagnosis is often hard to obtain, so do what you can with chasing symptoms and an adaptive lifestyle.
