Does it seem like Inflammatory Breast Cancer?

I have an appointment this Thursday as I think I may have symptoms of Inflammatory Breast Cancer ( IBC). For several weeks the outer side of my breast has been itching like mad, with no apparent cause. I had a lumpectomy there about 10 years ago with a small scar, but now there’s a small bruise spot surrounded by a circle of raised skin. That breast is now noticeably larger than the other and I have occasional discomfort from there up to underarm and a tight feeling. No orange pigmented skin. Does this sound similar to any others’ experiences?
