Sorry to hear of your heart troubles. I'm a healthy female in my 30s and developed similar issues with elevated rate and many palps throughout the day after the P jab. They calmed down (EKG, heart sono, stress test - all normal) after minimizing caffeine, sugar and alcohol. Cardiologist recommended stopping for 60 days to see improvement then add back slowly as desired. It helped but started up again after COVID positive summer. Mild covid case BUT I took antihistamines the whole time and that seemed to really help calm my bodys immune response. Mild workouts like brisk walking also helped vs strenuous exercise. Hope some of that helps and let us know if you find anything else that does!

Side note - I also developed very low ferritin (5) and had to do iron IV 2x which did help symptoms improve.

When I first saw the cardiologist last year, he recommended avoiding caffeine. I have mostly done that. I will have regular coffee very rarely. I try to limit my sugar. I must confess to enjoying a glass of wine. I take a Claritin daily for chronic sinus issues. I am 71 so sometimes it is hard to know which of my symptoms are from Covid, the vaccines or aging! Although prior to Covid I was in excellent health except for right hip osteoarthritis which limited my jogging.
