There is also a connection to low D3, so request labs for that. I had two checkups, six months apart and then will see the doctors and have tests again at one year. I have one ground glass nodule, but the rest are benign, and have not grown. I get yearly CT scans due to another condition, and my feeling is that they catch things that xrays do not, and possibly too early to treat. There is a good group on the lung diseases part of this site.

I developed a lung nodule after COVID. It turned out to be melanoma.

If you had cancer before, please have your doctor focus on that. Mine did not, and it it surprised him, as I had cutaneous melanoma 17 years before that had been excised at Stage 1 with clear margins.
