The needle biopsy results:
"show an atypical papillary neoplasm (i.e. atypical ductal hyperplasia involving an intraductal papillary neoplasm".
"The process of atypical ductal hyperplasia within this papillary neoplasm is manifsted by cytological monotony of the lesional cells and relative solid growth thereof. There is sclerosing entrapment of lesional glads at the perimeter of the lesion. The papillary lesion involves multiple cores wherein it maximally spans 0.5 cm".
