Thanks So much Jen .. hey today was first day I went outside in a week .. with my umbrella , and 100 spf protection and ordered some long light clothes …. …there was a little game …. I have to see my son , Lol Even though , was the worst day in a few years for him … So I am not sure I should have went out today ….ha! Regardless , this started my energy in the right direction … now my son knows pop is coming out to motivate the team ….. is he happy ? lol I am . … I love to see the kids playing ball …. Obvious I played for years …… One day at a time for sure … I see I only have few hours of business outside now …. Hey that is good … to all the Father god bless …. Keep tough …. This is another adjustment ! Keep adjusting till you find what works for you !
