While this news is encouraging I would be more interested in statistics for 10 - 20 year survival rates for early er+ node neg breast cancers. I’ve been reading some studies on late recurrence of early stage cancers which lay dormant for decades then metastasize without warning. The 5 year anniversary can give some a false sense of security. Patients, like me, in this category may be be highly encouraged to continue their AIs for more than 5 years. You must remain vigilant for the rest of your life.
