Magnesium and hand stretches. Mine is intermittent, and I think it is more so on days that I am dehydrated.

I too have this very intermittently. It is also when I’m dehydrated, usually after a 3rd cup of tea. Lots of water helps. Skipping the 3rd cup helps too.
