So sorry to hear that you are experiencing this. People respond in so many ways that take us by surprise. Not only re: health, but anything they feel they can't or don't want to cope with. From my heart....if it had not been for forums when I was diagnosed with GCA three years ago~I really don't know what I would have done. Not only had I never heard of it, but all the doctors I'd seen the previous nine months hadn't either. After the worst hurdle, without the forums, I would never have gathered the knowledge to advocate for myself. After the forums, I could discern between a Doctor, capital 'D', and doctor, small 'd'.💞
