I was hoping for a name of a billing specialist who would have the authority to negotiate bills. I am familiar with this website.

I don't think you will find one unless you specifically call and talk to them. Have you tried calling the billing number during their normal business hours?

Arizona 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain time
Florida 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time
Minnesota 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central time
