I did read that one @colleen_young. My gluten challenge was about 6 weeks. I had GI issues for years, went gluten free (at least as much as I could with what education I had) and felt a bit better. Chronic constipation returned after a surgery this fall and my surgeon sent me to GI at Mayo to try to find the cause. My PCP had attributed it all to SIBO but the SIBO fluid aspiration that Mayo did came back negative for overgrowth. From what I've read the bloodwork being negative is a bit rare. Wondering if anyone has any insight into this.
