Hi @memcb, welcome to Connect.
I'm tagging @kendrakay on this discussion, Do you have any thoughts or suggestions for memcb, Kendra?

Memcb, have you talked to a doctor or dietician about your findings?

Hello, I can't remember my log in info and I am really sick right now. Stay
away from any product that has dairy in it. Stick to everything fresh or
that you know has no dairy for at least a month and see if it helps. Dairy
can be hid in many ingredients so stay with fresh fruits, vegys and fresh
meat. If you buy processed make sure it has a u in a o on the package and
that means it has no meat or dairy in it. It's a Jewish dietary thing that
took lots of research on my part but has been a huge help for processed
foods. God Bless
I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling well. Thank you for responding. Take care of yourself. I hope you better again soon.

Thank you. I was also recently diagnosed with gastroparesis and dairy is a
huge no no so that is something else to think about 🙂 God Bless and prayers
