I am really frustrated. As I said before, I believe I've had ever test available in Tucson with no help for my dizziness or lightheaded problems. This all started about the time I had the Pfizer vaccines and two boosters for COVID. My doctor suggested Mayo so I called for a appointment. They did not accept my Medicare Advantage insurance. I decided I would self pay but Mayo does not accept this either so I went through the process of getting a different insurance they would accept. I called for an appointment and said they will review my situation. A few days later they sent an email saying they have limited availability and cannot offer an appointment and I should talk to my doctor to determine the next steps for my care. Any suggestions?

I had a period of extreme dizziness (vertigo). Upon awakening I would fall on the floor. I got an appointment with a specialist, butit took so long to see him the vertigo passed. Vertigo has something to do with crystals in the ear out of place. One or two sessions with a specialist gets them back where the belong.
